Oregon Open Records Portal (OR Portal) is a public website where users can request a copy of an individual’s public criminal record.
Record Requests
The ‘My Requests’ page shows users an at-a-glance view of their record requests with details such as the subject’s name and request status.
Payment Summary
When submitting a new record request, users are directed to the ‘Payment Summary’ page to enter their billing information and view a breakdown of all charges before proceeding to payment.
Profile Settings
Users can reset their password and edit their profile in the ‘My Profile Settings’ page.
